In terms of our staff
All our staff are carefully selected being vetted by the police and undertaking
internal training programmes. We are committed to the continuous development
of our staff such that we have received the national accredited status of being

We hold full employer and employee liability insurance, and work extremely
hard to change the public perception of door security personnel. All our staff
wears uniforms which is far removed from the “bomber jacket” look
of the eighties and nineties. In addition to this our staff adhere to a strict

of their individual roles and responsibilities

We look to ensure that the level and quality of service exactly match your needs,
which includes working closely with other agencies concerned such as the police
councils and licensing authorities. We monitor each venue, and the performance
of all door security personnel. Each week a member of our management team will
visit your business to review our performance and service. We conduct random
